Every Roughneckts product is made using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing — one of the most advanced and durable print methods available today.

What is DTF Printing?

DTF printing transfers designs directly onto fabric using a special film and adhesive process. The result is a vibrant, full-color print that's soft to the touch, flexible, and built to last through 100+ washes without cracking, fading, or peeling.

Why DTF?

Unlike older screen printing or heat transfer methods, DTF works on any fabric color and produces incredibly detailed designs with rich, accurate colors. It's also more eco-friendly — no water-based discharge chemicals and no wasted screens.
