We stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we will fix it — no drama, no hoops to jump through.

Return Policy

Because every Roughneckts product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind.

However we will replace or refund any order that:

• Arrives damaged or defective
• Has a print quality issue
• Was sent the wrong item

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

1. Email us at support@roughneckts.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue
3. We will review your request within 1–2 business days
4. If approved, we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund

Size Issues

We strongly recommend checking our Sizing Guide before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, we unfortunately cannot accept exchanges as each item is printed on demand. When in doubt, size up.
