How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Here's how to use it:

1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a shipping confirmation from Roughneckts
2. Find your tracking number in the email
3. Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number:
   • USPS: usps.com/tracking
   • UPS: ups.com/track
   • FedEx: fedex.com/tracking

Order Not Shipped Yet?

All orders go through a production period of 2–4 business days before shipping. If your order was placed recently it may still be in production. You will receive your tracking email as soon as it ships.

Can't Find Your Tracking Email?

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Search your inbox for emails from roughneckts.com
• Make sure you used the correct email address at checkout

If it has been more than 7 business days since you placed your order and you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at support@roughneckts.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
